THE TEAM

You will be part of the Country Kitchen restaurant within the Food & Beverage division, working alongside a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role reports to the Restaurant Team Leader and collaborates closely with waiters, bartenders, and hostesses to ensure seamless daily operations and a cohesive team environment.

YOUR ROLE

As Country Kitchen Captain, you play a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences by leading the service team and ensuring operational excellence. You will support the Restaurant Team Leader in driving service quality, team collaboration, and achievement of outlet goals, while consistently exceeding guest expectations and contributing to the success of the hotel’s F&B operations.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

- Ensure all service sequences and procedures are consistently followed to the highest standard

- Lead, support, and motivate the team to deliver courteous, professional, and personalized service

- Coordinate daily operations, including task allocation, opening and closing duties, and briefing support

- Engage with guests, handle enquiries effectively, and create memorable dining experiences

- Maintain strong communication across departments to support smooth operations

- Monitor supplies, control wastage, and support inventory processes to ensure operational efficiency

- You demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and the ability to build positive working relationships

- You communicate confidently in English, both verbally and in writing

- You have solid knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu items and service standards

- You are detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

- You are proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn while supporting and developing others
